Top Level Music Academy was founded by Kathy Yoakam, a veteran teacher located in Humboldt, IA. Kathy is a renowned educator and instrumentalist who performs in many area bands and orchestras.

We are focused on providing high quality music instruction to students of all ages and abilities. Many of our students are Top Level musicians, participating in honor bands and honor choirs, as well as the All-State Music Festival.
